UnumPrimum

Identify. Focus. Stay.

How UnumPrimum works

Identify. Focus. Stay. Everything saves automatically to your account. Press Esc or click outside this box to close it.

Your account

  • Sign in on any computer, phone or tablet with the same email and password and you will see the same lists. Changes appear on your other devices within moments.
  • On a phone, use your browser's Add to Home Screen (or Install on a computer) to open UnumPrimum like an app.
  • Sign out is at the top right.

The lists

  • Work and Personal are separate priority lists. Click a tab to switch. Row 1 is your top priority.
  • Events (right side, or below on a phone) is a dated list with its own Work and Personal tabs, always in date and time order.

Adding and editing tasks

  • + Add task (top right) puts a new task at the top of the list you are viewing. + Add task at the bottom adds it at the end.
  • Hover between two rows and click the round + to insert a task right there. The ⋯ menu on a row also has Insert above / below.
  • Click in the Task, Comments, Started or Due boxes and type. Dates look like 11/15/26. Due dates turn red when overdue and orange when due today. Age counts days since Started.

Priority order

  • Drag the number on the left of a row to reorder, or use ⋯ → Move to top / bottom.
  • Click the #, Age or Due column heading to sort temporarily (click again to reverse or turn off).
  • When a sorted view is the order you want, click Re-rank to make it your real priority order. Undo re-rank restores the order from before.

Finishing tasks

  • Check the Done box. The task moves to Completed at the bottom (click Completed to open it). In there, ⋯ → Put back on the list undoes it.

Repeat

  • Click the Repeat cell (it shows No… until you set one).
  • No repeat: finishes once. Pick dates when done: when you check Done it asks for the next start and due dates.
  • Every [number] [days / weeks / months / years]: any interval you like, such as every 10 days or every 2 months. For weeks you can pin a weekday. When you finish the task, a fresh copy is added at the bottom of the list with the next due date counted from the day you completed it.

Several tasks at once

  • Tick the small boxes at the far right of rows (the box in the heading selects all). A bar appears at the bottom to Move to the other list, Delete (click twice to confirm) or Clear the selection.
  • For one task, ⋯ → Move to [list] sends it to the other tab.

Events

  • + Add event, then fill in the event, date and time. Check Done when it is over.
  • Reschedule → Yes asks for the next date and creates a new copy of the event when you check Done.
  • ⋯ moves an event between Work and Personal.

Export

  • Export CSV downloads your lists and events as a spreadsheet file.
